Can you take my child to school?
Yes - we have drivers who are school-badged drivers - just contact us for more information.
Do you charge VAT on taxi bookings?
No, VAT is only charged on account bookings
Do you do background checks on drivers?
All drivers are interviewed and police checked by Taxi Licensing before they can be given their taxi badge. They also have to undertake a Safeguarding training course with regards to keeping passengers safe.
Do you do fixed prices?
On most long distance journeys and some local journeys we can arrange a fixed price. We also have special prices from our City Centre depot.
Do you have a lost property department?
No. Any items of lost property have to be taken to St Aldates Police Station who have a lost property department. If the driver still has the item in vehicle when you call then he can take it to you but will have to charge a minimum of £5 to drop it off.
Do you have a vehicle that can take a wheelchair?
We have a limited number of wheelchair accessible
vehicles and advise calling to check availability.

Do you take dogs in your cars?
All our vehicles will take registered guide dogs and assistance dogs. A limited number will take other dogs - please specify when booking.
Do your taxis accept cards?
Cars with a chip and pin machine can be requested at the time of booking. You can also pay by card when using the 001 app or when you make a booking over
the telephone. All major credit cards are accepted. A 50p booking fee will be added to all card payments
How do I get in touch if I need to make a complaint?
If possible please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
and give as much information about the complaint
and the booking it refers to.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 24 hours all year round including Christmas Day.
What is your largest vehicle?
Our largest vehicle is an eight-seat minibus.
