(Please note that this is not regularly monitored outside office hours. For bookings or urgent quotes please call us on 01865 240000 at any time.) We have an automated phone system but if you would prefer to opt out of this then just let us know and we will remove your number from the automated system.
In the unfortunate event you are unhappy with the service that we have provided you, please e-mail details of your booking to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Most personal items found in our cars will be handed into St Aldates Police Station within 24 hours. You can contact the Police Station on 101 and ask for St Aldates lost property 9am – 5pm. If you contact us then we can ask the driver if they found your item. There may be a small charge if the driver brings items to you. Please note: the police will continue to accept National Issued Passports and Identity Cards (not driving licences), electronic devises that may contain personal information (eg: laptops, tablets and mobile phones), firearms and explosives and large amounts of cash. The police will not routinely accept suitcases, purses, handbags or other low value items.
