If 2017 has been an average year for you, it might be time to make a few changes in 2018 and starting a new job is a perfect way of reinjecting some new energy into your day. They say a change is as good as a holiday and a new job is certainly one way to make a big change. The average person spends 90,000 hours at work over their lifetime so your choice of job has to be the right one. If you’re the type of person that doesn’t enjoy the daily routine of sitting at the same desk every day, maybe a chauffeur job is the perfect alternative.
Why a chauffeur job might be right for youThere are many elements of being a chauffeur that might appeal to you. For example:
FreedomIf the idea of working in an office feels claustrophobic to you then a chauffeur job is a great alternative. You’ll be out and about all the time driving a nice car and getting to see what’s going on in the world, rather than looking at four walls every day or spending time in meetings.
Meeting peopleWorking in a chauffeur job you might have your regular customers but you also might have a range of different customers, depending on the types of jobs you take on. You’ll get to meet all sorts of people from all walks of life – some might like to chat and other may prefer not to – either way, every day will be new and interesting.
Flexible hoursSometimes working as a chauffeur you might be collecting someone from an airport in the middle of the night. Other times you could be driving someone to an important business meeting in London. Your hours may change from week to week according to the demand from customers at that time.
TravelTraveling around is all part of having a chauffeur job. You’ll get to see all sorts of different sights and travel to new places. If you have driven your client to spend a day in meetings in London, you might also get a chance to explore for a little while, or just take some time out for a rest!
Every day is differentOne thing is for sure, working in a chauffeur job, every day will be different. You’ll travel to different places, work with different clients, work different hours and meet different people. It’s the perfect job for those who need some variety in their life.
