Drivers

001 are committed to serving the people of Oxfordshire in a timely and professional manner. We are constantly looking for owner drivers with modern, well maintained vehicles and a 1st class service attitude. All 001 drivers must have a valid Private Hire Badge issued by Oxford City Council. If you do not have your own vehicle but do have a valid Private Hire Badge, do get in touch as a vehicle may be available.

Telephonists

The telephonist, an integral part of our business and first point of contact with our customers. Their job is to receive inbound calls courteously and professionally. Taking care of the customers needs and help them with their queries. Telephonists must be well motivated, remain polite at all times and have the ability to work as part of the team. We are constantly looking for part time telephonists who can also be on call to cover various eventualities. November - January is our busiest time of year so a perfect time to get in touch for an interview.

001 TAXIS is a 24 hour business so telephonists may be required to change to night shift from time to time.

Controllers

Experience in the this line of work is essential, the candidate must be reliable, have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team. A Controller must ensure a smooth running operation at all times and be able to use all available resources effectively. While not essential, experience using cabmaster will be a distinct advantage.
